A group of like-minded individuals who have come together to embody a vision of providing opportunity, for people who have faced disadvantages due to CJS, deprivation or lifes adverse circumstances. We love what we do and all come with different skill sets and life experiences.

About S.T.A.R.S

Here at S.T.A.R.S we recognise all problems and obstacles that can occur when trying to find employment. We provide ways in which to up-skill yourself, so you have relevant qualifications or experience. This enables you to be able to enter the recruitment process more effectively and with more confidence.
 
We offer training and employment opportunities, underpinned by our 6 week or 12 week Mentoring Programme, we are able to support people previously seen as unemployable to job ready motivated individuals.
 
We also recognise that some people may just need qualifications or brushing up on interview techniques, or just literally getting into employment itself, so all of our programmes and support are tailored to your own unique requirements.
